凌晨、周末或公共假期遇到供水问题，现在可拨1-300-88-2020联系Sarawak Water。
这项统一客服热线从9月1日起投入服务，每天24小时接听，为全砂住户和商家提供办公时间以外的联络渠道。
Sarawak Water目前只确认热线用于客户协助，尚未列出完整受理项目和处理时限。打电话时可先准备户口编号或住址，并清楚说明问题类型和发生地点，方便工作人员查找及转交个案。
