AirBorneo回应RM375古晋-吉隆坡航线机票争议，强调这是包含行李、餐食和选位的全包价。
AirBorneo首席执行员Megat Ardian Aminuddin说，这个票价是参考过去6个月吉隆坡-古晋航线各航空公司的平均最低票价，以及去年平均最低票价后定下的。
他说，RM375包括机场税、23公斤托运行李、10公斤手提行李、机上餐食和选位。
为什么不是只看表面票价
他解释，有些航空公司的广告价看起来比较低，但可能只是基础票价，还没加入行李、餐食、选位或机场税。
AirBorneo表示，推出这个票价的目标，是让砂拉越和西马之间的机票更稳定。航空公司在开跑前做的调查显示，高票价是民众最关心的问题之一。
这个票价适用于2027年3月27日之前的行程。AirBorneo会继续观察市场反应、订票需求和其他航空公司的价格，再决定要维持多久。
乡区航线也会调整
AirBorneo也在处理乡区航空服务（RAS）近期延误的问题。
目前RAS使用14架涡轮螺旋桨飞机，包括8架ATR 72-500和6架Twin Otter，每月载客量约6万至7万人。
Megat Ardian说，需求较低的乡区航班可能会合并，让飞机有更多维修时间，但这不代表航线会关闭。
