古晋民达华小学修妥走廊顶盖 增遮雨处换沟盖

古晋民达华国民型小学（SJK Bintawa）的走廊与候车空间已完成维修，漏水顶盖、遮雨不足及破损沟盖等问题获得处理。
校方早前在校园巡视中反映，学生每天经过的走廊顶盖漏水，等候区的遮蔽范围也不足，部分沟盖则已损坏。这次工程除了修补屋顶，也延伸走廊和等候区的顶盖，并更换校内破损沟盖。对学生而言，改善的不只是雨天等候条件，也包括日常通行路线旁的设施。
古晋南市市长黄鸿圣（Wee Hong Seng）在10月29日文告中表示，维修跟进了校长、教师及学生在较早巡视时提出的需要。文告所述是已经完成的项目，并非尚待施工的拨款承诺；没有另列具体竣工日期。
工程由三家赞助单位分工支持：Amcan提供屋顶材料，Tay Motor Sdn Bhd提供沟盖，Wan Li Wan Welding Works负责施工、安装及油漆。南市将这项改善纳入儿童友好城市倡议，着眼于学生每天实际使用的校园空间。
