古晋男子疑妻出轨当街阻截施暴 被判监11个月

古晋推事庭周五判一名37岁男子入狱11个月。他承认怀疑妻子出轨，在路边拦下妻子的摩托并动手，造成妻子受伤。
案发于1月31日傍晚6时30分左右，地点在甘榜Tabuan Melayu路边。妻子当时骑着摩托回家，被告截停去路，抓住她的颈部并把她推向路边金属护栏。妻子的友人之子在现场目击整个过程；妻子事后到医院治疗，随后报案。医疗报告确认她左侧颈部、左胸骨及右手腕软组织受伤。
被告来自甘榜Tabuan，就一项《刑事法典》第323条条文（连同第326A条）的蓄意伤人控状认罪。他因怀疑妻子与另一名男子关系暧昧而施暴，庭上没有聘请律师，案件由副检察司Muhammad Aidil Akmal Sharidan主控。
随被告认罪及判刑，案件已结束；法庭没有公布受害者的身份及其他家庭情况。
