DBKU reports faster licence and single crossing permit approvals

Kuching North City Hall says it has reduced the approval period for critical business licences from 150 days to 32 hours, an initiative recognised with a national Platinum award.
DayakDaily reported that DBKU also received a Gold award for cutting the approval process for Single Crossing permits from 14 days to 16 hours. The recognition came at the National Conference on Bureaucratic Red Tape Reform in Selangor on October 28 and 29.
