砂拉越新发展项目须保留10%绿地面积
砂拉越总理阿邦佐哈里（Abang Johari Tun Openg）在2026年度SHEDA房地产展上宣布，州内所有新发展项目必须划出至少10%的项目面积作为绿地空间。这项措施是砂拉越推动可持续发展的系列政策之一。
阿邦佐哈里指出，2025年起所有新政府建筑已须加入绿色元素，造价1000万令吉或以上的政府项目将采用建筑信息建模（BIM）。州政府还设定了目标：未来70%的政府建筑和学校采用工业化建筑系统（IBS）技术，同时至少50%的建筑材料须本地采购。
在第13马来西亚计划下，砂拉越也承诺兴建2万套可负担房屋。阿邦佐哈里的讲稿由副总理拿督阿玛沈桂贤医生（Dr Sim Kui Hian）代读。
